1. Introduction

2. Services

Earresistible offers mobile ear wax removal services by appointment in the comfort of your home. Service types include microsuction and irrigation. Any description of services does not amount to a contractual offer on our part.

3. Booking and Payment

You must book an appointment in advance by contacting us via phone or email. A £20 assessment fee is payable at the time of booking. This fee will be deducted from the total cost if treatment is provided. If no treatment is necessary, the assessment fee is non-refundable.

Final payment for services is due on the day of treatment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in loss of your assessment fee or additional charges at our discretion.

5. Health and Suitability

You must provide accurate and complete information about your health and medical history that could affect treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment if it is unsafe to proceed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UK law, Earresistible Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our liability for direct loss is limited to the value of the service purchased.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Earresistible Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without written permission.
